IT System Analyst will utilize data and technology to solve real customer problems in ways that meet the needs of the business. You will work with key stakeholders and partners to understand, map and solve problems with data enabling the right things for our customers that delivers value to our business. Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

Essential Job Functions, other duties assigned

• Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing Registered Representatives/Advisors seeking ongoing technical assistance over the phone or email, walking customers through the problem-solving process.

• Provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves urgent technical issues and responds to help requests via phone and email. Identifies and escalates complex issues appropriately.

• Serve as the first point of contact to set up system access for new Registered Representatives/Advisors and employees.

• Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

• Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

• Create and submit logs to management timely.

• Assist in managing a product backlog of support, enhancements, and project work; confirm alignment of priorities with business partners.

Experience and Education

• 2-3 years of experience in IT related fields

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Will be required to register and fingerprint with FINRA
